Where any animal or thing referred to in section 14 is removed from an F infected area or place otherwise than in accordance with the conditions of a licence granted under the said section 14, any Inspector or Police Officer may require the owner or person in charge of such animal or thing to take it back to such area or place : Provided that nothing in this section shall affect the powers of an Inspector under section 8 to deal with infective animals.
