(1) Every owner, occupier, or person in charge, of any land, building, ship, vessel, vehicle or place shall give all reasonable facilities to the officer, authorised under sub-section (1) of section 8, to inspect such land, building, ship, vessel, vehicle or place. (2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to 1[one hundred rupees.]
