The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding
anything inconsistenttherewith contained in the Employment of Manual Scavengers and Construction of
DryLatrines (Prohibition) Act, 1993 ( 46 of 1993) or in any other law, or in any instrument having effect
byvirtue of any other law.
