On and from the appointed day, in the Government of Union
Territories Act, 1963,—
(a) in clause (h) of sub-section (1) of section 2, the words “Manipur, Tripura,” shall be omitted;
(b) in section 44, sub-section (2) shall be omitted;
(c) section 52 shall be omitted.
