On and from the appointed day, in section 21A of the Reserve
Bank of India Act, 1934, in sub-section (1), the brackets and words in the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution, in paragraph 1, for the words “(including the autonomous State of Meghalaya)” shall be omitted.
