The law in force immediately before the
commencement of the North-Eastern Areas (Reorganisation) and Other Related Laws (Amendment) Act,
2012 relating to appeals to the Supreme Court from the common High Court and the Judges and division courts thereof shall, with the necessary modifications, apply in relation to the High Courts of Meghalaya,
Manipur and Tripura.
