The law in force immediately before the commencement of the North-Eastern Areas (Reorganisation) and Other Related Laws (Amendment) Act, 2012 with respect to the form of writs and other processes used, issued or awarded by the common High Court shall, with the necessary modifications, apply with respect to the form of writs and other processes used, issued or awarded by the High Court of Meghalaya, the High Court of Manipur and the High Court of Tripura.
