27BPunishment for contravention of section 8A
1[27B. Punishment for contravention of section 8A. -- Whoever contravenes the provision of section 8A shall be punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than three years but which may extend to ten years and shall also be liable to fine.]
