No notification of the appropriate Government
appointing any person as a Judicial Member or an Administrative Member of a Tribunal shall be called
in question in any manner; and no act or proceeding before the Tribunal shall be called in question in
any manner on the ground mainly of the existence of any vacancy in, or defect in the constitution of
such Tribunal.
