1[6. Officers of the University.--The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:--
(a) the Chancellor,
(b) the Vice-Chancellor,
(c) the Rector,
(d) the Registrar,
(e) the Finance Officer,
(f) the Deans of Faculties,
(g) the Dean of Students,
(h) the Librarian,
(i) the Chief Proctor,
(j) such other persons in the service of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the
officers of the University.]
