16Recognition of degrees
The degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions granted by the University, shall be recognized by 1[the Central and State Governments] to the same extent and, in the same manner as the corresponding degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions granted by any other University incorporated by 2[a Central Act].
