13Power of Court to order forfeiture

1[Where any person is convicted of an offence punishable under sub-section (1) of section 10or under any rule made under clause (i) of sub-section (2) of section 5], the Court by which he is convicted may direct that the aircraft or article or substance, as the case may be, in respect of which the offence has been committed, shall be forfeited to Government.
