Penalty for failure to comply with directions issued under section 5A.--If any person wilfully fails to comply with any direction issued under section 5A, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to ²[two years] or ³[with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees], or with both.] **Footnotes:** 1.
