Maintenance of examination centres outside territorial limits.--Notwithstanding anything contained in section 7, the University may establish and maintain, at any place in India examination centres for home study courses conducted by its Loka Shiksha Samsad (People's Education Council) and recognise, for such purposes as may be provided in the Ordinances, the certificates awarded by the said Loka Shiksha Samsad (People's Education Council) on the results of examinations conducted by it.]
