44AProtection of action taken in good faith
1[44A. Protection of action taken in good faith.--No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer or employee of the University for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done, in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, the Statutes or the Ordinances.]
