(1) In addition to the officers referred to in clauses (a) to (g) of section 11,
the University shall consist of such other officers as may be provided by the Ordinances.
(2) The manner of appointment, terms and conditions of service and powers and duties of other
officers of the University shall be such as may be provided by the Ordinances.
