The owner or occupier of any premises shall be entitled to empty sewage of the premises into a sewer of a Jal Sansthan provided that, before doing so, he, - (a)- obtains written permission of the Jal Sansthan and pays connection fee in accordance with the bye-laws; and (b)- complies with such other conditions as may be provided by bye-laws.
