No act done or proceeding taken under this Act by the Jal Sansthan or a committee appointed by the Jal Sansthan shall be invalidated merely on the ground of - (a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Jal Sansthan or any committee thereof; or (b) any defect or irregularity in the appointment of a person acting as a member thereof; or (c) any defect or irregularity to such act or proceeding, not affecting the substance.
No act done or proceeding taken under this Act by the Jal Sansthan or a committee appointed by the Jal Sansthan shall be invalidated merely on the ground of - <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Jal Sansthan or any committee thereof; or <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(b) any defect or irregularity in the appointment of a person acting as a member thereof; or <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(c) any defect or irregularity to such act or proceeding, not affecting the substance. <br>
