A licence granted under section shall be valid for such period, as may be prescribed, and may, on application made by the warehouseman and upon payment of the prescribed fees, be renewed, from time to time, by the licensing authority for such further period as may be prescribed: Provided the other conditions referred to in section 4 continue to be finifilled.
