23.(1) The Commission may, with the previous approval of the State Government, make or amend regulations relating to the discharge of its functions under this Act including charging of fees for holding examinations or interviews or both for making selection under this Act. (2) The regulations made under sub-section (1) shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
