(1) The Annual Report of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Executive Council and shall be submitted to the Court a month before its annual meeting and the Court shall consider it in its annual meeting. (2) The Court may, by resolution make recommendations on such report and communicate the same to the Executive Council which may take such action thereon at it thinks fit.
