AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY

Authorities of the University

§19

Summary

The following shall be the authorities of the University— (a) the Executive Council ; (b) the Court ; (c) the Academic Council ; (d) the Finance Committee ; (e) the Boards of Faculties ; (f) the Selection Committees for appointment of teachers of the University ; (g) the Admissions Committee ; (h) the Examinations Committee ; and (i) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>The following shall be the authorities of the University—<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(a) the Executive Council ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(b) the Court ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(c) the Academic Council ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(d) the Finance Committee ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(e) the Boards of Faculties ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(f) the Selection Committees for appointment of teachers of the University ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(g) the Admissions Committee ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(h) the Examinations Committee ; and<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(i) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.<br> <br>
