18. The powers of officers of the University other than the Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, the 1[ Finance Officer, the Registrar and the Controller of Examinations, if any appointed shall be such as may be laid down by the Statutes and the Ordinances.
