27. Any person entitled to any salary, allowance or other facilities under this Act may at any time relinquish the whole or any part of such salary, allowances or facilities by intimating in writing to the Speaker or the Chairman, as the case may be: Provided that any such relinquishment may be cancelled by him at any time, with prospective effect, by writing to the Speaker or the Chairman, as the case may be.
