1[19. The Leader of Opposition shall be entitled to such salary, accommodation, conveyance and other facilities as are admissible to any member of the Council of Ministers under the provisions of section 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Uttar pradesh 1981 and the provisions of the said sections and the rules relating thereto shall mutatis mutandis apply to the Leader of Opposition as they apply in relation to any member of Council of Ministers.]
