2. (1) The Uttar Pradesh State Law Commission Act, 2005 is hereby repealed.(2) On and from the date of repeal of the Act referred to in sub-section (1) the Provisions of sub-section (5) of section 4 shall not apply as if they have been omitted ab initio.
