(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may by a notified Order, make such provision, not in-consistent with the provisions of this Act as appear to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty. (2) No Order under sub-section (1) shall be made after the expiration of a period of two years from the appointed date. (3) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid, as soon as may be, after it is made, before each House of the State Legislature
