Summary

The Governing Council shall be the highest policy making body of the Authority and shall be Chaired by the Chief Minister of the State. The other member of the Council shall be : (a) The Minister, Public Works Department, Uttar Pradesh. Vice-Chairperson (b) the Minister, Finance, Uttar Pradesh Member (c) the Minister, Planning, Uttar Pradesh Member (d) the Chief Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Member (e) the Principal Secretary, Finance, Uttar Pradesh Member (f) the Principal Secretary, Planning, Uttar Pradesh Member (g) The Principal Secretary, Public Works Department Uttar Pradesh.Uttar Pradesh. Member (h) the Engineer-in-Chief, Public Works Department,Uttar Pradesh Member (i) two experts to be nominated by the Governing Expert-Council.Members (j) the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority Convener Member
