(1) The Authority may, with the previous approval of the Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, make regulations not inconsistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder to carry out the provisions of this Act . (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (a) the manner in which and the purposes for which the Authority may associate with itself any person under sub-section (1) of section 6; (b) the terms and conditions of service of the Officers and Employees of the Authority under sub-section (3) of section 11; and (c) any other matter in respect of which provisions is to be, or may be, made by regulation.
