(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh State Capital Region and other Regions Development Authority Act, 2024 . (2) It shall extend to the Uttar Pradesh State Capital Region and other Regions as notified by the Government. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 7th day of March, 2024.
