1. (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Shree Devipatan Dham Teerth Vikas Parishad Act, 2023 . (2) It extends to the boundaries of Tulsipur tehsil situated within the revenue District of Balrampur in Uttar Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Gazette , appoint.
