28. (1) The State Government shall cause the annual report and the auditor's report to be laid as soon as may be after their receipts, before each House of the State Legislature while it is in session. (2) The Executive Vice-Chairperson shall constitute a technical team in consultation with the Principal Secretary/ Secretary of such departments as are members of the Parishad comprising experts of different fields. The team will examine from time to time the works done by the Parishad and submit its report to the Executive Vice-Chairperson.
