16. (1) The Uttar Pradesh Self Financed Independent Schools (Fixation of fees) Ordinance, 2018 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal; (a) anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of this Act. (b) all the matters pending before a Divisional Fee Regulatory Committee constituted under the ordinance referred to in subsection (1) shall stand transferred to concerned District Fee Regulatory Committee
