18. The following shall be authorities of the University :— (a) The Executive Council ; (b) The Academic Council ; (c) The Planning Board ; (d) The Board of Recognition ; (e) The Schools of studies ; (f) The Finance Committee ; (g) The Examination Committee ; and (h) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University ;
