(1) If any institution or organization violates the provisions of this Act, the person or persons in charge of the affairs of the organisation or the institution, as the case may be, shall be subject to punishment as provided under section 5 and the registration of the organization or the institution under any law for the time being in force may be cancelled by competent authority upon reference made by the District Magistrate in this regard. (2) The State Government shall not provide any financial aid or grant to such institution or organization violating the provisions of this Act.
