Summary

2. The following President's Acts, namely :- (a) the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 (President's Act no. 11 of 1973) ; (b) the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi (Sanshodhan) Act, 1973 (President's Act no. 13 of 1973); (c) the Uttar Pradesh State Legislature (Prevention of Disqualification) (Amendment) Act, 1973 (President's Act no. 14 of 1973); (d) the Uttar Pradesh Ceiling on Property (Temporary Restrictions on Transfer) Third Amendment Act, 1973 (President's Act no. 18 of 1973); and (e) the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Amendment) Act, 1973 (President's Act no. 19 of 1973); and (f) the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Samitis (Alpakalik Vyawastha) Amendment Act, 1973 (President's Act no. 20 of 1973), are hereby repealed, and re-enacted with the modifications set out in the Schedule.
