The following shall be officers of the University. (a) the Chancellor; (b) the Vice-Chancellor; (c) the Pro- Vice-Chancellor; (d) the Registrar; (e) the Finance Officer; (f) the Controller of Examinations; (g) the Deans of Faculties; (h) such other persons in the service of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of the University.
