9. (1) The Board may appoint an Executive Committee and such other committees and sub-committees consisting of such number of members for efficient performance and exercise of its powers conferred under this Act, as may be specified by regulations. (2) The executive committee would be chaired by the Chairperson of the Board, unless otherwise specified by the Board.
