NIRMAN Kshetra to be out of jurisdiction of local authority

<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>6. (1) A NIRMAN Kshetra declared under this Act and the periphery thereof except the abadi area, including land set apart for development of abadi, of a village and the municipal area, shall cease to be under the jurisdiction of a local authority to the extent it relates to the provisions made in this Act.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(2) While preparing the Master Development Plan for the NIRMAN Kshetra, the Regional Development Authority shall take into account the development plan, if any, prepared by the respective local authorities<br>
