39. (1) The NIRMAN Kshetra Authority shall set up a Grievance Redressal Committee comprising of three of its members and officers including a law officer of appropriate designation as may be decided by it to redress the grievances and resolve the Civil disputes originating in the NIRMAN Kshetra and its periphery. (2) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Grievance Redressal Committee may appeal to the Dispute Settlement Committee formed under section 41. (3) For the purpose of deciding the dispute, the Grievances Redressal Committee and the Dispute Settlement Committee shall frame the guidelines, including the time frame in this regard and both the Committees shall follow the principles of natural justice while dealing with the grievances.
