(1) The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India or his nominee, who shall be a senior Judge of the Supreme Court, shall be the Visitor of the University. (2) The Visitor shall preside over the convocation of the University. (3) The Visitor shall have the right to call for the report on any matter pertaining to the affairs of the University.
