(I) All recognized teaching in connection with the degree & diplomas and certificates of the University shall be conducted, under the administrative control of the Executive Council, by the teachers of the University, in accordance with the syllabus prescribed by the Executive Council by regulations. (2) The courses and curriculam and the authorities responsible for organizing such teaching shall be such as may be prescribed by the regulations
