1[577-A. All officers and servants in the employment of a 2[Municipal Corporation] as it stood immediately before the commencement of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Local Self Government Laws (Amendment) Act, 1994, shall on such commencement, be the officers and servants of the Corporation under this Act and shall draw the same salaries and allowances and be subject to the same conditions of service to which they were entitled or subjected to immediately before such commencement. ]
