(1) The State Government may at any time call upon the 1[Corporation] to furnish it with any extract from any proceedings of the 1[Corporation], the Executive Committee, or any other Committee constituted under this Act or from any record under the control of the 1[Corporation] and with any statistics concerning or connected with the administration of this Act ; and the 1[Corporation] shall furnish the same without unreasonable delay. (2) The State Government may at any time call upon the 2[Municipal Commissioner] to furnish it with any information, report, explanation or statistics concerning or connected with the executive administration of this Act and the 2[Municipal Commissioner] shall furnish the same without unreasonable delay.
