Miscellaneous 499. (1) Save as expressly provided by this Chapter, the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, relating to appeals from original decrees shall mutatis mutandis apply to appeals to the District Judge. (2) All other matters for which no specific provision has been made under this Act shall be governed by such rules as the State Government may from time to time make after consultation with the High Court.
