14. (1) If any dispute arises as to whether a person is a member of the Kshettra 1[Kshettra Panchayat] under 2[clause (a)] 5 of sub-section (1) of section 6, the dispute shall be referred in the manner prescribed to the State Government shall be final and binding. 3](2) If any question arises as to whether a person has been lawfully chosen a member of a Kshettra Panchayat or has ceased to remain eligible to be such member the question shall be referred in the manner prescribed to the judge, whose decision shall be final and binding. ] (3) If the Judge decides that the member was not lawfully chosen 4[ * * * ] or has ceased to remain eligible to be a member of the 1[Kshettra Panchayat] such member shall cease to be a member of the 1[Kshettra Panchayat] from the date of such decision.
