(1) The State Government may approve an annual financial statement or the supplementary financial statement, submitted under section 21 or section 22, as the case may be, in whole or with such modifications as it deems fit. (2) The annual financial statement or the supplementary financial statement, so approved by the State Government shall be the annual financial statement or the supplementary financial statement of the Board for that year.
