The provisions of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 shall mutatis mutandis apply-- (a) in relation to the articles mentioned in section 2 of this Act, as they apply in relation to food as defined in the said Act; (b) in relation to an offence punishable under section 3 of this Act, as they apply in relation to offences punishable under the said Act.
