The State Government may at any time after the expiry of two years from the date on which Part I comes into force, by notification published in the official Gazette, apply the provisions of this Part or any portion thereof, to the whole or any part of the State from such date as is notified therein : Provided that the State Government shall give wide publicity to the notification in such other manner also as it seems proper.
