(1) There shall be paid to the members of the Board such travelling and daily allowances not exceeding those payable to the members of the State Legislature as may be prescribed. (a) No member shall receive any pay : Provided that the Chairman may receive such pay, allowances or emoluments as may be prescribed by rules.
